Onion/Cheese Pie

This has been our long time favorite pie. I think I have had the recipe for about 30 years now. Already when our son was just a child he very often suggested; mom why don’t you make onion/cheese pie 🙂

Also this time it was our son saying why don’t you make onion pie anymore ! Peeling and slicing the onions makes me “cry” rivers but it’s worth the tears as the pie really is yummy.
