Winter has arrived to the south of Finland. Brrr, minus 21 degrees Celsius in the morning. Still 19 at about 2:30 pm. Canelo is wearing socks to prevent ice between toes and fingers. A winter sun plus some kind of solar phenomenon. There was one also on the left side of the sun but I was not able to get any good picture because of many trees.

Our winter is so mild this year, I am happy we got a small amount of snow.
Still same temperature, – 21 C ! Luckily for the weekend it will be only -5 to -10 😀
ugh, i just arrived today from +35C degrees to this lovely -20C degrees, i can’t believe my luck. :p
i also saw that nice light phenomenon, and failed to get a nice picture of it. when i saw these pictures: http://yle.fi/uutiset/upea_valoilmio_taivaalla_sai_kuvaajat_villiintymaan__laheta_meille_kuvasi/8572277 , i could finally understand the real shape & scale of the view. it was really something amazing, i could almost forgive nature for giving me such a cold welcome! almost! 😀

Oh how nice to be somewhere warm at this time of the year. Let’s hope the – 20 will not last for too long. People see Canelo in his socks and say aww, he’s so cute 🙂
