Not much but, one small jar of apple jam. It’s very sweet. The recipe said apple, sugar and lemon juice. I just don’t know what happened. But, for some reason, when I was to pour the juice into the jam I dropped the cup. Of course, the juice all over on the floor. Luckily my husband has a sweet tooth. He said it’s so yummy. Good, he can have all of it. I will make another batch with lemon.
Is it all finished now? I remember when i was a kid, my dad always insisted that i sprinkle salt to apple slices so that they won’t turn brown, of course, but now that i have grown i always like adding a bit of salt to my apple sauce/juice/whatever… so maybe you can try sprinkle a bit of salt to the jam to make it less sweet? 😅 just a suggestion, lol… no guarantee of how it would taste, especially if you’re not used to it. 😁
