The event is from July 17 to July 20. So many ships. I think I read some where there are about one hundred. When we arrived there at 9 am there was not many visitors yet. Many of the ships opened for visitors at 10 am so by then there was already thousands. I was able to visit three of the ships but had wanted to visit some more like Göteborg, Mir, Cisne Branco, Cuauhtemoc plus some others as well. The queues soon became very long. We already had strolled around there for two and a half hours and did not want to go back to the car to put some more coins into the parking meter.
The ships are leaving on Saturday. As I have never seen this big sailing ships sailing in full sail. I want to, if possible, go to see them leaving.
