Hello . . . my goodness . . . already mid September or actually more the end of September ! I have had the flu and been a bit tired but am OK now 🙂
Last month when we were visiting our friends in Hämeenlinna we went to a flea market on the way home. Well . . . that was hubby’s idea as he loves flea and junk markets. Anyway I was happy he didn’t buy anything there. We, as a matter of fact, already were about to leave when I saw the "Myrna" coffee pot.

In my childhood home we had "Myrna" coffee cups. I just loved them. I so much would have liked to have them but it’s a loong and complicated story why I couldn’t have them. For years and years I have by and by planned to buy Myrna coffee cups of my own but for some reason . . . I, so far, have not. Now I’m the happy owner of a beautiful Myrna coffee pot.
My Mom had 1 dozen cups and a plate for cookies as wll as the "pots" for sugar and cream.
The Myrna cups were desiged by Arabia Finland Oy designer Olga Osolin and were a long time favorite and produced from 1937 – 2005.

This is a picture I found on the net.
